 Manufacturer Warranties



Each manufacturer has a different warranty. We honor the manufacturer’s warranty 100% on all product purchased from us as long as the product was installed by a licensed contractor and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s installation instructions and warranty paperwork. All equipment, unless otherwise stated, is sold brand new. In the event that a warranty repair is needed, simply contact the contractor that installed the equipment. Once the problem is diagnosed and the defective part is identified, the contractor can obtain a warranty replacement part free of charge by returning the defective part to us or to any of the manufacturer's local parts distributors if possible. On all manufacturer’s warranty parts replacements, you will be responsible for any labor charges incurred in the replacement of the part as well as shipping and handling of the defective and replacement part to and from our location.

 

Obtaining a warranty part from us is handled on a case by case basis. As stated earlier, each manufacturer has a different warranty. We may require pictures to see the condition of the defective part or unit as well as a copy of the contractor’s installation receipt to you.

 

We will do our best to help you with ALL warranty issues, however if you hooked the unit up yourself and burnt out a part such as a control board or a fan motor then be upfront with us about it. In instances where you installed the unit yourself there will be occasions when we can still provide you a warranty replacement part at no charge. If we can’t provide the part at no charge then we will work with you for the sale of the replacement part at a discounted rate. In either case, you must be able to identify the part that is defective and you will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost to and from our location.
