 Shipping Policy



All Orders Are Fully Insured Against Damage, Loss Or Theft While In Transit To Your Location

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Most orders placed by 2 P.M. Eastern Time on a weekday will ship the same day.


Small Package Shipping Policy

Orders with an item total of $50 or more will ship for free via a ground delivery service. Orders with an item total of less than $50 will be charged a flat delivery fee.

Small package items are shipped via a small package delivery service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These items typically weigh less than 75 lbs. We reserve the right to decide which carrier to choose based on your location and cost.

  • We will not ship to a P.O. Box regardless of the carrier chosen.
  • You must provide a valid street address, city, state, and zip code.
  • High value items will have a signature required at the time of delivery.
  • We only ship to the 48 Contiguous United States
  • We will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • We will not ship to any foreign country or territory.
  • We will not ship any items using your account with the above mentioned delivery carriers.
  • We will not ship any items freight collect or COD.
  • Small package delivery service may take 1 to 7 days transits time.
  • Special Express UPS/FEDEX 1, 2 or 3 day service is available for an additional shipping cost on a case by case basis.
  • Please contact customer service for an express delivery quotation.
  • E-mails with tracking information will be sent when the item is in transit.
  • Please retain the factory carton and all shipping materials until you can determine that your item is in working order.

 

Handling A Damaged Shipment

For shipments by UPS

If your order was shipped via UPS and appears to have been damaged while in transit, contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877)  with your shipment tracking number and inform them that the shipment was damaged. Contact us and we will process the claim on your behalf and send out a replacement item. Please include your name, address, order number, description of the item you purchased, and tracking number.

For Shipments by FedEx

If your order was shipped via FedEx and appears to have been damaged while in transit, contact FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339) with your shipment tracking number and inform them that the shipment was damaged. Contact us and we will process the claim on your behalf and send out a replacement item. Please include your name, address, order number, description of the item you purchased, and tracking number.
